SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
The shipping cost can be different depending the number of discos or the destination , next will explain to you.
1.- The cost for send a packet in the US is $8.00 for 1 to 3 cd’s 4 cd’s or more, shipping and handling is free.
2.- The cost to send a packet for Canada is $8.00 for the first pound , 1 pound=4 cd’s and for more additional pounds will be $1.
3.- The cost to send a packet to Puerto Rico is $20.00 for 1 to 3 cd’s, 4 or more cd’s will cost you $10.00.
4.- The cost to send a packet to central and south America will be $51.24 for 1 to 4 cds , 5 to 7cds will be $30.00 and 8 or more cd’s the cost will be $15.00.
5.- Any other country different to the ones in the list, will be $67 for the first pound (1 pound = 4cds) for any additional pound will be $20.00 more. If you want to know the cost to send a packet to any particular country, contact email@example.com
NOTE: In the equipment case you should coordinate the purchase, ask for the shipping and handling cost before to firstname.lastname@example.org Please indicate your correct address and zip code of your country.
· Normally the time to received a delivery is around 1 week or 10 days.
· All the deliveries are made by UPS.
Conditions for the delivery:
1.- We offer the option to send your purchase to the address you specify during the purchase process, that one can be different to the one you write in your registration as a customer. We also require to add a telephone number with your physical address, it will be necessary to send the merchandise .
2.- We only will send the merchandise after we receive the payment. Using one of our methods payments. (credit card, paypal etc).
3.- We send the merchandise to physical addresses not to PO box, normally all the delivery are done by the next business day, or to the third business day that we received the payment. Tropical Zone will not make any delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
4.- Tropical Zone will NOT be responsible for any customer’s mistake at the moment to put their addresses in a wrong way.
